TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made and self-managed on our booking website. The link is in the ‘BOOK NOW’ tab on our homepage.​

If you fail to attend an appointment it will be at Claire’s discretion if any further bookings will be made.

  • BOOKING FEES

A non-refundable booking fee is now required for all appointments of £40. This will be deducted from the final treatment bill at your appointment.  Booking fees are non-transferable and will only be refunded if you give atleast 48 hours notice of cancellation (so the appointment may be offered to someone else), or if you are unsuitable for treatment after consultation. 

If you fail to attend an appointment for which you have paid a non-refundable booking fee, the sum cannot be transferred to another booking and will be compensated to Claire’s Aesthetics for the missed appointment.

  • PAY LATER

Claire’s Aesthetics offers a 'pay later' option via Paypal. Treatment Vouchers can be purchased in the website's shop and paid for in instalments which can be spent as desired in clinic. Claire reserves the right to charge standard booking fees for missed appointments and will require this payment prior to making a new booking in the case of failed attendance or late cancellation. 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your appointment should be done with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of its scheduled time then the booking fee will be compensated to Claire's Aesthetics for the missed appointment. 

LATE ON THE DAY

Unfortunately if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will not be possible to do your treatment. This is because appointments often run back-to-back, with time to clean and prepare for the next client built in. If you are late, and your treatment cannot be performed, your booking fee will be compensated to Claire's Aesthetics for the missed appointment.  ​

  • COMPLAINTS

If for any reason you are unhappy, you are encouraged to make this known as early as possible. You will be invited back to the clinic for a face-to-face assessment and examination. Claire will explore your concern in detail and offer solutions if appropriate. Refunds will not be given without a face-to-face assessment, and seeking advice from Claire’s public liability insurer.

  • REVIEWS

Any reviews are gratefully received on social media; facebook or instagram stories/posts and Google. Reviews can also be emailed, or text in for display on the ‘testimonials’ page on this website. ​

Claire is very appreciative of those who take the time to write a review, because this is what really helps to grow her business. 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including full name, address, telephone number, email address. ID is required to verify your identity on your first appointment. 

  • All clients will be required to provide a medical history to inform their treatment plan, and ensure their safety whilst in the clinic, including details fo their next-of-kin. Failure to do so will result in Claire being unable to provide treatment.

  • All information provided will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection and GDPR.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions, and you will not receive unsolicited information from Claire’s Aesthetics.

  • You may choose to remove yourself from the mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

The information you provide is used to assess and deliver treatments, provide you with appropriate information you request, to notify you about changes to the clinic, to remind you of any appointments, and to contact you for aftercare and follow-up reviews.

Information is stored electronically in a GDPR compliant software which is password protected. Law requires after treatment your information is kept for a period of ten years. After this time, your information will be deleted.
