TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made by text, email, website, phone or via messaging on social media.​

If you fail to attend an appointment it will be at Claire’s discretion if any further bookings will be made.

  • BOOKING DEPOSITS

Deposits are not routinely required. ​If you fail to attend your appointment without good reason or notice, you will not be rebooked. 

During periods when the clinic is particularly busy - peak summer and Christmas - a £40 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Until this deposit is received by Claire’s Aesthetics, your appointment may be given to another client. 

If you fail to attend an appointment for which you have paid a non-refundable deposit, the sum cannot be transferred to another booking and will be compensated to Claire’s Aesthetics.

  • PAYMENT PLANS

Claire’s Aesthetics does not currently offer instalment plans on dermal filler or wrinkle solutions. Instalment plans are available for courses of skincare treatments however, with the balance being due before the final treatment in the course. 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your appointment should be done with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment, there is an expectation that when you rebook a deposit is required to secure it, deposits in this case will be a non-refundable £30, and will be deducted from your treatment bill. 

If you fail to attend the rebooked appointment, the non-refundable deposit will be compensated to Claire’s Aesthetics.

  • LATE ON THE DAY

Unfortunately if you are late to your appointment there is a chance your treatment may not be carried out. This is because appointments often run back-to-back, with time to clean and prepare for the next client built in. If you are late, and your treatment cannot be performed, at rebooking you will be asked to pay a non-refundable £30 deposit (deducted from your treatment bill). ​

  • COMPLAINTS

If for any reason you are unhappy, you are encouraged to make this known as early as possible. You will be invited back to the clinic for a face-to-face assessment and examination. Claire will explore your concern in detail and offer solutions if appropriate. Refunds will not be given without a face-to-face assessment, and seeking advice from Claire’s public liability insurer.

  • REVIEWS

Any reviews are gratefully received on social media; facebook or instagram stories/posts. Reviews can also be emailed, or text in for display on the ‘testimonials’ page on this website. ​

Claire is very appreciative of those who take the time to write a review, because this is what really helps to grow her business.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including full name, address, telephone number, email address. ID is required to verify your identity on your first appointment. 

  • All clients will be required to provide a medical history to inform their treatment plan, and ensure their safety whilst in the clinic, including details fo their next-of-kin. Failure to do so will result in Claire being unable to provide treatment.

  • All information provided will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection and GDPR.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions, and you will not receive unsolicited information from Claire’s Aesthetics.

  • You may choose to remove yourself from the mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

The information you provide is used to assess and deliver treatments, provide you with appropriate information you request, to notify you about changes to the clinic, to remind you of any appointments, and to contact you for aftercare and follow-up reviews.

Information is stored electronically in a GDPR compliant software which is password protected. Law requires after treatment your information is kept for a period of ten years. After this time, your information will be deleted.
